Groups
As stated above, join as many groups as you can, (minimum 50 groups) and await approval from group admins.
Once approved , post on all of them, here too frequency is a factor, coz your advert is pushed down every time other people post on the group.

To effectively advertise on facebook use pages and Groups. Like and Join as many popular pages and groups as you can. I recommend a minimum of 50 groups.

For advertising sites just Google free ads sites Kenya.
You will get over 54 sites where you can post your advert for free.
To be effective post 5 adverts in the morning and 5 adverts in the evening - that is a total of 10 adverts a day till you achieve your goal.
This way you will always have contacts
